Attracting Newcomers to Agriculture
The Sarnia Lambton Workforce Development Board (SLWDB) is conducting a survey to determine what attracts newcomers to employment in agriculture. The SLWDB is one of 22 community-based, non-profit corporations established in Ontario. They play an important leadership role in Canada’s labour force development.
About the survey
The survey ‘attracting newcomers to agriculture’ is 13 questions in length and will take approximately 3-5 minutes to complete. It can be completed by any immigrant or newcomer to Canada. Moreover, it has been designed to protect everyone’s identity. They will only publish and release a summary of the results within the study.
