An order that mandates a person to leave Canada. A removal order could take any of the following forms:

  • Departure order – no ban for re-entry because of the removal order
  • Exclusion order – a 12-month or 60-month ban for re-entry because of the removal order
  • Deportation order – a lifetime ban for re-entry because of the removal order
