Getting to know Al Parsai
Al Parsai is the CEO of Parsai Immigration Services. He started his journey as a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) eleven years ago. During that time he has run a successful business where he has helped thousands of people meet their immigration goals in Canada.
In this article, we’ll explore interesting facts about our CEO and RCIC-IRB, Al Parsai, and why it is an excellent idea to have him by your side in your immigration case.
Experience and expertise
Since Jan 17, 2011, our RCIC, has had clients from more than 50 countries. Because Al and his team have worked with all kinds of applications for eleven years, they have developed an institutionalized awareness of what needs to be done to get applications approved. In addition, they have worked with multiple visa offices and ports of entry.
Also, Al has extensive experience as an author and has delivered speeches in Canada, Iran, the UAE and the UK. He has been interviewed on Canadian Lawyer, the National Post, Journal Hafteh, and other news media.

Proper licensing
Al Parsai is a member of the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC). Moreover, his licence from the College was recently upgraded to class L3 RCIC-IRB – Unrestricted Practice. This means that he can continue his practice as an immigration consultant and he can also represent clients to the Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada in the following areas:
- Inadmissibility hearings
- Detention review hearings
- Appeals to the Immigration Appeal Board
- Refugee claims hearings
- Refugee appeal hearings
In addition, Al is a proud member of the Canadian Association of Professional Immigration Consultants (CAPIC).
Knowledge
Al holds a Master of Laws (LL.M) degree from York University and a MA in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University. He also teaches immigration in several prestigious institutions, such as:
