New Advanced Certificate in Temporary Residents
We are delighted to announce that our remarkable immigration consultant, Al Parsai, will be teaching the advanced certificate in Temporary Residents Immigration Law, at Ashton College. The course begins on March 09, 2022.

This course provides advanced analysis of the relevant sections of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act (IRPA). It also analyses the Immigration and Refugee Protection Regulations (IRPR), and policies of government agencies relating to the processing of Temporary Residents. This includes:
- The Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA).
- The role of Service Canada.
- The case law relating to the LMIA and Compliance Audits.
