Parsai Immigration leads the way in IMP C11 applications

IRCC has updated the criteria for IMP C11. Please visit the updated article.

IMP C11 is a work permit for entrepreneurs and self-employed workers who can significantly contribute to the Canadian economy, cultural fabric, or society. At Parsai Immigration Services, we have helped hundreds of people to expand their businesses in Canada through this stream.

How we’re leading the way

  • We are one of the pioneers in the updated IMP C11 process

Some exceptions to the LMIA granted under the International Mobility Program (IMP) are granted. LMIA-exemption code: C11 is one of them. This process, updated on September 15, 2017, is meant for self-employed workers and entrepreneurs.

Parsai Immigration Services was one of the first immigration firms to apply to this category after the updates. In November 2017, our first clients successfully sought status through IMP C11.

  • We have clients from more than 20 countries.

Since 2017, we have helped clients from Chile, Colombia, Mexico, the United States, France, Italy, the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, Iran, Iraq, Romania, Oman, the United Arab Emirates, Pakistan, Turkey, Bangladesh, Uruguay, Philippines, Sri Lanka, India, and more.

  • Knowledge and Expertise

Because we have worked with these types of applications for some years, our team has updated processes and procedures thanks to exclusive feedback that we have obtained from several applications. In addition, we have experience working with multiple visa offices and ports of entry.

IMP C11- Steps we take

First: Our expert staff members assess the client’s suitability for the IMP C11 program by reviewing their educational and professional backgrounds through our free assessment form. Alternatively, you could book an appointment with Al Parsai for official advice.

Second: Our Business Development Manager conducts feasibility analysis to determine the success and viability of the potential business.

We usually sign the retainer agreement after these two steps. Your representative will be Al Parsai, with more than ten years of independent experience as a licensed immigration consultant.

Third: A dedicated member of our processing team is assigned exclusively to the client to prepare the business package. Al Parsai will monitor your coordinator directly. Our member assists the client in all the steps required to move the application forward with the help of other professionals.

Fourth: We submit a complete application package to IRCC on behalf of the clients.

The entire process is done under Al Parsai, who carefully reviews the application and represents the client during its application process to the immigration authorities. Al Parsai has practiced in immigration since January 2011, specifically for temporary residence, permanent residence, IRB hearings, and inadmissibility. Also, Al is an Adjunct Professor at Queen’s University, Ashton College, and the Global School of Corporate Excellence.

Businesses that we have brought to Canada
