The OINP Assessment Form helps potential applicants explore whether they may qualify under Ontario’s new Workforce Priority immigration stream. The form is free to complete and covers the principal applicant pathways currently available under the Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program.

Ontario has substantially redesigned the OINP. The new Ontario Workforce Priority stream focuses on applicants who can meet the province’s labour market needs through qualifying employment or, in limited cases, medical practice in Ontario.

Complete the OINP Assessment Form

Use the form below to provide information about your employment, Ontario job offer, work experience, education, language ability, immigration status, and other relevant circumstances.

Completing the OINP Assessment Form does not create a consultant-client relationship or guarantee that you will qualify. However, it allows our team to conduct a preliminary review of the information you provide.

Who should complete the form?

The assessment may be useful if you:

  • have a full-time, permanent job offer from an Ontario employer;
  • work in an occupation classified under TEER 0, 1, 2, or 3;
  • work in an occupation classified under TEER 4 or 5;
  • are already working for the Ontario employer offering you the position;
  • recently graduated from an eligible Ontario institution;
  • work in a regulated occupation or skilled trade;
  • are a self-employed physician practising or planning to practise in Ontario; or
  • represent an Ontario employer interested in supporting a foreign worker.

A job offer alone does not establish eligibility. The applicant, employer, offered position, wage, work experience, and supporting documentation may all affect the assessment.

What happens after you submit the OINP Assessment Form?

There is no fee for submitting the form. We will review the information and may contact you if we identify a potentially suitable immigration pathway or another meaningful option.

The free assessment is not a formal consultation and does not include immigration advice. Applicants who require a detailed review of their circumstances may book a paid consultation with a licensed Canadian immigration practitioner.

Ontario immigration rules and intake procedures can change. Submit accurate and complete information so we can better understand your circumstances and determine whether further review may be worthwhile.
